Derelict Mansion (Stuck in Boss room)

In the Derelict Mansion boss fight in at tier 6 waystone I killed both bosses and the map says "Complete" but the fight bugged and it says portals are disabled and I cannot leave. I have logged to character select and I have logged off completely and I am still stuck in the boss room.

And ontop of being stuck in the boss room, no loot dropped at all and it was one of the bosses that drops their lineage support. I even disabled my loot filter.

I have now logged out a 3 more times and im still unable to leave. Ill try and wait out the 15 min timer and see if that fixes it. And ill report back if im still stuck in the boss room

have the same problem. have any solution?
