Sound effect bug

Ps5 user, act 2 started getting a Sound effect bug when using armor pen shot it starts making mixed signal sound like the wires in speakers is crossed. Its followed me into a4. After reset it goes away for a bit but always returns. When its triggered any sf makes garbled dial up modem screaming sounds but not as bad lol annoying af
