Timekeeper's Map Device Doesn't have the Map Device

Clicking on the bronze timekeeper's map device doesn't open up the atlas to place a waystone.

Bumped, for PoE1 and PoE2 this hideout map device doesn't work....

Same here. The Balbala one doesn't have the map device visible, but it's still there since I can walk into it. I can interact with the center of it as the "MAp Device" however
