Critical Crash Bug: Acidic Concoction Causes Disconnect in Specific Maps (PoE2 v0.3.0)

Hello,

I am currently playing as a Pathfinder in Path of Exile 2 version 0.3.0.
I have encountered a very critical bug during the Acts and would like to report it.

When using Acidic Concoction in certain maps, the game disconnects and immediately returns me to the login screen, making it impossible to continue playing.

The confirmed maps so far are:

Act 4: Abandoned Prison

Interlude: Holten

Azmeri Mountains (during mapping)

The common factor seems to be that the crash occurs when I use the skill against dog-like monsters in these areas.

This issue makes the game completely unplayable in these zones. Please take urgent action to fix this as soon as possible.

Can confirm this is happening to me as well. Plz fix asap

Btw, this happens when you already poisoned an enemy and you trigger the burst with the concoction. In my case I’m using poison burst arrow to apply the initial poison. It doesn’t always trigger on the first instance either, might be an enemy type thing maybe?

Also happens in Kirar Village

The disconnect also resets the entire progress that I made in those map

Seems like Bloom Serpent in Kirar Village is the problem from my situation?
