Frost Bomb Spell Cascade doesn't work past limit = 2

Having +1 limit from tree and Overabundance puts Frost bombs max limit to 3. With spell cascade the expected behaviour is that it'd spawn the center bomb then the two adjacent ones.

Currently what happens is that it deletes the center bomb and spawns the two adjacent bombs.
