Temple of Chaos Bug?-Second Set of Ascendancies Bugged

I just finished chaos trials last time I was on. For some reason after I completed them I was not able to choose my next 2 ascendancy passives, but I could view them from the altar on the wall. I just logged on to check and now it won’t let me walk back to it AND it took the chaos trials token/piece I used to start and complete it. Need a fix. Please help. Thanks
