The game freezes while loading locations

Hello, my game freezes when loading locations, on any character, I have to restart the game, but this doesn't always help, sometimes it takes 10 tries to just enter and load the location. This started about a week ago, but it was fine for half a year. What should I do? I have 32gb of RAM, ddr5
