POE2 - Bonestorm bug

There is an issue with the Bonestorm skill on the character. The skill works correctly the first time the gem is inserted, but if it's removed and reinserted (or after relogging), the damage value disappears, the skill becomes unavailable in the skill panel, and instead of Bonestorm, the description of the Bone Cage skill appears, or it says that the information is unavailable. No actions have helped fix the issue (including removing all items and respeccing talents). When I give the gem to a friend, everything works fine on their character.
