Constant Crashes in PS5 Since Patch

Since the patch update 1.041.000 on 07/16 for the PS5 I have experienced constant crashes while playing the game. I airways submit the issue with video when it asks but this is ridiculous. Tonight I crashed 4 times in about an hour.

Please look into this.
