[Critical Bug] PoE2 standalone causes AMD driver failure and full system crash (RX 6600 / 25.6.1)
System Specs:
- CPU: Intel Core i5-12400F - GPU: RX 6600 - Driver: AMD Adrenalin 25.6.1 (latest as of July 2025) - RAM: 32GB DDR4 (2x16GB) - OS: Windows 10 / Windows 11 (same issue on both) - Game version: Path of Exile 2 (Standalone, not Steam) Issue: - Launching PoE2 causes a full system crash. - Screen turns black, all input becomes unresponsive. - I was forced to reset BIOS and power manually to recover the system. - After rebooting, Windows showed the message: **"The AMD graphics driver has stopped responding and was recovered"** Additional Info: - This issue does not occur in other games (tested with CS2, Red Dead Redemption 2, etc). - Even after a clean reinstall of both the game and the GPU driver (using DDU), the issue persisted. - After wiping and reinstalling PoE2, the crash no longer happens immediately — but AMD Adrenalin still does **not recognize PoE2 as a game**, preventing any performance tuning or optimization. - The problem seems to be specific to RX 6000-series GPUs running PoE2 standalone on Adrenalin 25.x drivers. Request: - Please investigate PoE2 standalone compatibility with AMD Adrenalin. - Consider working with AMD to ensure proper detection, support, and stability. Happy to provide crash logs, DxDiag, or other system info if needed. Reflotado por última vez en 16 jul. 2025 8:11:14

Roll back to 25.3.1 and test that, that's the version I'm running and receive no crashes. System is 5700x3d and 6900xt.
