How to put two passives in the same amulet?

Hi, i saw a lot of amulets with 2 annoint points for trade. How to put 2 nodes in the same amulet?

Isnt an essence?
on corruption, item get 2 enchant ? |

Some amulet you get as drop from the simulacrum can have 2 passives instead of one.
Not sure if any other possiblities than that. SSF player
