Need some clarification about lucky and block mechanics

Question
If i have lets say 80% max block chance and im at 80% chance to block ,and i have, "your block chance is lucky", will i have more than 80% chance to block due to having lucky chance to block or will the lucky only count untill i hit 80%, for example if i had 60% chance to block and my max block was 80 and i had lucky, probably i would hit the 80% cap but can block go beyond my cap if i have lucky?

Lucky takes (% chance of success) and adds (% chance of failure)x(% chance of success) to it

With the 80% block example, out of 100 hits:

80 will be blocked

20 won’t be blocked

Of the 20 that won’t be blocked on the first roll, there’s an 80% chance that the second roll will become blocks too. So:

20x0.8=16

80 blocks on first roll + 16 blocks on second roll = 96 blocks as lucky => 96% block chance.

With 60% block: 0.6+(0.6x0.4) = 0.6+0.24=0.84 => 84% block chance
