Omen of Amelioration still triggers on pinnacle boss deaths despite no XP loss

Currently, the Omen of Amelioration activates and is consumed when you die during pinnacle boss fights, even though after the recent change these deaths no longer cause any experience loss. Since the Omen specifically reduces XP loss on death, it feels wasteful for it to trigger in situations where there’s no XP at risk.

It literally says in the description it triggers on death, not trigger on xp loss. Not a bug.
