REGAL ORB REPORT

I try to use my regal orb for my equipment but it say like this. Is this a bug or i do something wrong???
"Failed to apply item: This combination of Omens is not valid"
i tried on clothes,waystones,jewel, any magic things. But it still don't work and notice this me by that line. What should i do?
