Ravenous Misshapen enemy has an unavoidable spell as its basic attack?

This low hp white mob that is spawned from coalescing corruption, the Ravenous Misshapen, spams a spell as its autoattack that can't be dodged, locks-on and tracks you perfectly, and it cannot be Evaded. Is this intended?
