Cant scroll thru friends list on PS5

It has been going on for months now. Before there was no issue,could use left or right stick,to scroll thru list,left or right.Then one of patches happend, and it bugged up. Now when i go to friends tab,all i can see is first 8 names. Was hoping it would be fixed,but so far nothing.On google says log in and out,and it resolves issue temporary,but not for me. I turn on PS5,start game,log in my character, try friends list,and it doesnt work. I am really trying to avoid deleting and reainstalling game,because my connection is slow.
