Dusk Vigil Ashen Staff 'de-sync' like glitches on spell trigger [bug]

Unique Dusk Vigil Ashen Staff: When 'Trigger Ember Fusillade Skill on casting a Spell' there is a rubber band when next cast is initiated (only when casting and moving), making the item borderline unplayable. I know its not urgent, but this one has been with us a while now, please fix. My fire mage will wait :]
