HELP my Character is stuck in Temple of Chaos!!

I was doing my temple of chaos as usual, but the soul core got bugged, I put it in the altar but the trial did not finish and I cannot go anywhere. I tried to log out, the soul core got reset but the trial still did not finish. Please help.
