Character Not Migrated to Standard League - Ps4/Ps5

Dear GGG Support,

I would like to report that my character from the Settlers league (3.25) was not migrated to the Standard league. I have been playing on console for years, and this is the second time I have experienced this issue. In a previous league (I don’t recall which), I had a Deadeye character that also wasn’t transferred — at the time, I thought I might have deleted it by mistake.

With the launch of league 3.26, I noticed the same issue has occurred again: my character from the previous league did not carry over to Standard.

I kindly ask you to look into this matter and to provide better support for the console community. I currently play on PS5, after many years on PS4, and I feel that console players are not receiving the same level of consideration. While we may be fewer in number compared to PC players, we are equally passionate about the game and deserve proper support.

I look forward to your response regarding the recovery of my character.
