Stun bar not decreasing when using Rhoa + Chaos Inoculation

Hello my stun bar is not decreasing when riding Rhoa with Chaos Incolutaion, even if i disable Rhoa on map stun bar remains the same on 100%.If i respec passive tree and disable Chaos Inoculation the stun bar decreases normally
