Ghost dance not working at all.

Tested with it on and off and have the same amount of ES after 1 hit from a mob... should have 150 es more after with ghost dance on. Also switching weapons drops stacks for ghost dance and wind dancer even though they are the only spirit gems on and it is set to both weapon sets.
