Flicker strike gem stopped working

Hello

My Flickewr Strike suddenly become "bugged" (?)
Skill inspector does not show its stats - it only displays broken information from other random gems (for example charged staff) instead
It also cannot be assigned to any action key - just doesnt appear in skill sellector
I think it happened right after when I swapped it with another gem.

Can someone help me with this issue ?
