Trials of Sekhema - Enfeeble Affliction removed but debuff still active

Did a lvl 68 Trial of Sekhema and purchased from Balbala to remove 3 minor afflictions. One of them was the Enfeeble affliction, but the debuff remained active afterwards. See screenshot below:
