Trade U.I Bug that lead to a wrongful player report.

Hey. I have wrongfully reported this guy after a trade. The game UI bugged. I just saw the item i bought, but when i finished the trade with the dude, the icon changed after i clicked trade (i had the belt slot empty, but it auto equipped and had the same name and icon of the older belt i was using in the slot before), and stood for a few minutes on top of the actual item i bought, i never saw any UI bug like this before, dunno if i'm running out of memory or what. How do i undo the report and report the Bug? I tried to open a ticket on the site and couldn't do it. I don't want the guy to be punished for no reason. Just gonna leave this here in case anyone goes through the same, i also noticed that the stats updated, just the item icon and name that didn't. Not sure if here is also the right place to post this, in case it's not, please delete.
