Big update on Playstation account issue solved!!!

I'm Playstation player and I had account issue many of us had from the beginning.
As PSN account email linked to poe1 account for anyone that played previous game on same account what happened whan we installed poe2 it made another account and automatically linked to PS email.
Uppon entering poe2 for 1st time you were automatically logged into new account while poe trade site was poe1, old one. Many other issues like entering a guild, leaving a guild, adding friends, twitch drops etc. had occurre.

I can proudly say I managed to solve most of my issues with help of support.

I wrote a ticket and asked them to unbind my old account from psn. As they did that my Playstation was logged into poe2 new account but on poe site old one was still in and now I couldn't 'swap account'.
But, I went to site and confirmed that old account was unlinked from 'sony' and simply changed email. It asked me to comfirm and afterwards I logged back in site using Playstation option below.

Now I have my poe2 account logged on PS and site. And if I need old Poe1 I can still logg with email I changed to.

PS. guild issues still persists but guys at GGG support team sad they'll look further into...


It tock some time but with amount of new players and tickets wrote that is expected.
