found bug in felled hideout POE2

while mapping and in my felled hideout, I am constantly hit with a bug that causes editing mode to go into effect and nothing I do allows me to exit editing mode. I have to back out of the game completely in order to cancel this. The last couple weeks, it would happen almost every time I completed a map but the last 2 or 3 days it just happens randomly. If I am streaming the game to my youtube or twitch, it happens more than not and I have to back-out and restart game. This all happens on its own and without any prompt. If I do go into editing mode....sometimes it causes it to happen even more
