Still no breech rings

Not sure if it's just an xbox issue but out of over 75 breeches i've found 1 magic brech ring. I thought maybe it was my loot filter but i turned it off and ran a few still same result. Is anyone else having a issue with breech rings not dropping?

I noticed that also, at first i taught it was my loot filter, but happen to be a lucky streak to get 2 rings in 4 breach. Now after over 50, still no rings.
