Spirit Gems - Lower or remove stats requirments

Hi, having the extremely high stats requirement on spirit gems hinders so much build diversity, now I need to run very low spirit gems because of the int/dex/str requirement is so high, why do we need more restrictions on spirit gems then the actual spirit, if you don't have spirit, you can't use it anyway and a lot of meta gems like Cast on Shock requires a lot of investment in lightning and shocking and combined with the spirit it's already hard to maintain it. Please remove or lower the stat requirments on spirit gems...
