Presence area of effect visualization on Console

I have looked this up ad nauseum to see if I was missing something but I don't think I am. I've seen youtube videos of people being able to pull the presence tooltip out of their passive tree and then hover over the "presence" keyword with their mouse to visualize their Presence area of effect as a green circle around their character.

I don't see a way to do this on console. Please provide this feature.

I think it could be as simple as including an icon for presence in the Buff info screen (on PS5 pressing the options button + R3) and allowing us to hover over that to see our presence area of effect.

Feels bad not being able to do this on console.

Just curious why call a controller a gamepad? It's a controller not a portable gaming device
