viper fight in act 3

mostly on my ps 5 during viper fight on her side adds the pre attack flagging seems to be 0.5 ms and a 2 seconds delay befor the attack goes threw what makes it hard to react and dodge.

i guess there is my limit. since some dodge timer if not proper delay flagg can be hard to over come.

not saying other can not over come this.
since some are better at having higher reaction speed.
just that for me it is too short flag delay between the flagging and to the attacks.
