Some issues I've noticed on Xbox

I play on Xbox and have noticed every so often when i look into my inventory.
it bugs out the entire screen when i exit my inventory..
also..
I'm playing as a huntress. and i keep getting this really annoying glitch.
when I'm using whirling slash it doesn't actually make a whirl wind and i have to hit it like 10-15 times before a whirlwind spawns i have died a few times to this not working properly. its like the character does the movement but its blank

i have also run into an issue where bosses attacks aren't loading in

on kopec there this laser blast move he does but there's no effect its just invisible death.
