Siege cascade on Tactician (probably will be nerfed)

Siege cascade has a dirty synergy with pin, basicaly dealing x2 damage without any setup.

SC deals x2 damage to immobilized targets, and since it hits with 2 stages - the bolt first, then the bolt blow. So it pins enemies by itself before the blow.

Considering it has no targets number limitations, cd or long reloading. It enables 1 button screen clearing.
