PlayStation 5 Pro: I want a full game refund and all microtransactions

GGG may say it is not released but you cannot “sell” a game on a new platform on this state. I have a 800€ console and the game is unplayable and now even more with the new league. Using minions I even have 10-15 fps during campaign. This is not testing this is me being the victim of a fraud to that GGG reached a higher player base at the cost of us. I want full refund of everything.

Forgot to say I play on even bilinear mode, full max performance.
