Better Debuff Annoucement/Display

hey GGG,

As a console player, we cannot hover over debuffs to see what is killing us. All i see is an icon that tells me nothing and my health drains. I've literally been killed by an unknown debuff outside of combat, no enemies around, no burning ground, nothing. Please do something that announces the debuff so we can avoid it or try to counter it. I'm tired of not knowing what kills me.
