How to map L2+R2 keybinds?

On playstation, but I assume the same applies for xbox or controller on PC. For the normal L2+key or R2+key, you can assign by pressing R3. How do you assign keybinds for both modifiers? It seems like R3 doesn't let you use both simultaneously. When playing if you hold both down, I see all the key options, but nothing assigned. I would like to add buffs to it that you don't need to activate often.

So I guess it appears for league mechanics for past leagues and isn't bindable to skills but looks like its supposed to be in the ui. So I guess to manage auras, you just add the skill temporarily and then remove after activating. I guess I can use the weapon swap for using a portal gem, but thats a bit annoying for resetting minions/auras if they are on weapon.
