Customer Support Dissatisfaction

Hi GGG and GGG´s community,

I purchased PoE 21 days ago which was the time when I opened a ticket with GGG´s customer´s support since I had an issue with my account´s email.

I checked the Forum and it was suggested in there that any account issues should be treated via email. That´s why I went straight away into my email and sent them a message.

After the first interaction with your support´s representative where he asked me a few questions I´ve been waiting for a response for more than two weeks asking for updates every 5 days ish.

I didn´t want to do this. However, since it´s been close to a month where I purchased the early access, I´ve been unable to play the game and I not able to gain any traction into my ticket I would like to see if I could get via in this forum.
