Skin of the loyal scaling

does anybody know how skin of the loyal scales with overcapped resistances? can't find any info on it anywhere

Suppose you have 175% lightning resist. Since you are overlapped by 100 you would get 100% increased energy shield as well. Let me know if you find a good build with this since the lack of stats on the chest and lack of synergies with damage made this tough to build around.
