Can not complete act 2 quest 'Elemental Offering' in POE2

Dear GGG team,

○ I have confirmed that there is a bug preventing the completion of the Act 2 quest "Elemental Offering" in POE2, and I would like to inquire if it is possible to mark the quest as completed.

○ From what I understand, to complete the Act 2 quest "Elemental Offering" the unidentified magic ring received as a quest reward must be identified to be recognized as complete.

○ In my case, I accidentally missed picking up the unidentified magic ring that dropped as the quest reward. As a result, even when I try to redo the quest, the pots for "Offering of Lighting", "Offering of Water", and "Offering of Fire" are not interactive, and I am unable to complete the quest.

○ While this bug does not affect overall game progression, it leaves an incomplete quest, which is bothersome. Therefore, I am reaching out to request assistance.

○ Could you please help if it is possible to reset or mark the "Elemental Offering" quest as completed even though I missed out on picking up an unidentified magic ring?

I always found elemental offering, picked up the ring and scrapped asap without activating the quest.
