Where can I report trading and scams?

I have just been scammed by a player called [Removed by Support], I have the evidence and he has blocked me, the worst thing is that he still has the item I wanted to buy for sale, he refuses to say that it is that one he has and that I bought the other one.. I attached an image of the conversation and the sale while still in trade. I received disdain from Atziri... I am quite sad about what happened, I accepted the trade because it is 3 in the morning and I was asleep.
