Spark + Cast on Shock: How to gain energy fast to cast Lightning Conduit more frequently

Hi all

I'm new in POE2, trying to play Sorc Spark + CoS Lightning Conduit. But my problem is that I gain energy for CoS so slow. I saw some showcase that they can gain CoS energy very fast.

What should I do to improve it. Please share with me!
