Advice on next build please

I want to start a new character today, I have three builds in endgame maps, Corrupting Cry Warbringer (lvl 90), Spark Stormweaver (lvl 85), and Frostbolt Stormweaver (lvl 70).

Anyone have recommendations on a good build that will get to endgame on a budget but could then be tricked out for high end content later? I'd like to move to a new class/ascendancy and would love to find something that can easily farm citadels eventually. TIA.
