Cast on Minion Death - Raging Spirits

I have a question about raging spirit. could you combine them with cast on minion death, put some fire spell on it, which then again would summon raging spirits? and wouldnt that cause total mayhem?

Apparently they forgot to mention you have to cast fire spell yourself in skill description. Fire spell triggered by CoMD doesn't summon new spirits.
