Hexblast Blood Mage Build

I've been tweaking this build for about a week and think I've reached a fairly comfortable spot with it. As of the recording I had assumed that 2 curses would blast off at the same time so ignore that little nuance as I confirmed after recording that it only blasts one. This was done on a shoestring budget so with some investment it could probably become a powerhouse.
