game froze and i lost all loot from map POE2

i wouldnt complain about this but i dropped divine after days of grinding and after i picked it up the game froze after few seconds.. the only solution was to logout and login.. after i did that the portal to map was gone and ALL my loot from that map i picked up was LITERALLY gone.. its like i never even was in that map..i know im not getting my div back but this is beyond frustrating and i dont know what to do

Similar thing happened to me. Game froze and I disconnected back to log in screen. After loging back portal to the map was gone and I lost all the loot I got from the map. Also even though the map was completed way before i disconnected, it shows as it was only attempted.

Same. Looted a divine and disconnected while doing breach. Dead, and everything I looted has gone when I relogged in.
