"Shade" ethereal spirit build

So I had an idea for a build,
A shade (kinda like a nazgul)
It's "special skill" would be a "soul siphon" (Bethesda wouldn't like you using that specific title though) where they jump backwards and pull the soul from the enemies around them and something of that sort as well as a "basic siphoning skill" like the dementors from Harry Potter... Anyways just a idea
