Best classes without ascendancies

anyone can suggest good builds that dont require ascendancy?
i gave up on these locked quests of ultimatum and honor
complete game killer for me. i still cant believe dev decided to
force us unto these in order to advance.

i cant even progress maps am lv 77 and my class requires certin nods
and now am stuck only trying to farm keys in order to try all over again

i dont want to bother with these any longer
they didnt think there are poeople who always hated ultimatum and sanctum
and never did them in poe1 because they just couldnt.
