Atlas passives + console questions

Hello! I have couple of "console" questions, im new in POE so maybe i missed some shortcuts and control options, any help would help!

1. how do i check what buffs, debuffs on my char? i see icons, but how can i read descriptions on them?

2. how to read descriptions of Atlas trees? im having fun with expeditions but i dont know how to read requirments to get points? I just do them in hope i get points for some unknown action ))
p.s. I saw pc players can mouse over that 0/8 sign and read it.

3. Do we have ability to reset all skill points when respec?

4. Do we have some way to move map overlay?

And yes i have perfomance issued on ps5 base, i need loot filter and i cant see damn thing with this font sizes and my bad eyes )
