My Version of Ice Strike Tempest Bell monk w/ Eye of Winter

I have been using Shattering Palm to engage off the rip then quickly into Ice Strike spreading Shattering Palm then immediately putting on Charged STaff which I value more than the critical hit % from Charged Infusion still using Herald of ice + Lightning w/ an Elite killer on standby in Tempest Bell put down then immediately using Elemental Invocation to cast an Eye of Winter to proc all 20+ hits on the bell within 1-2s
