Support packs + customs?

I was looking to buy some physical items along supporter packs but I started to think is there an EU hub at all where they send all will be those sent outside EU? Which value would sender use? Makes no sense to pay 25,5% additional VAT for full price for exmaple for hoodie and t-shirt.
