POE1 Deadeye lightning cit build , hit wall.

I am following this guide https://pobb.in/aG7FSmo-kaok . I have been steamrolling everything until I hit act 9. I do a lot of damage, but die almost instantly. Can anyone one advise on how to make this character stronger. I have not played in over 2 years until a 2 weeks ago. Any advice would be great. I don't have mats to buy gear at this time.
